Dear UGE Families,  

On behalf of the entire staff at Unity Grove Elementary, I would like to extend a warm welcome to each one of you as we begin the 2024-2025 school year! We are thrilled to have you as part of our school community and look forward to an exciting year of growth, learning, celebration, and more.  

At UGE, we believe that education is a collective effort and that “Unity Makes Us Great!” This motto encapsulates our commitment to working together with our students, families, cluster schools, and community to provide the best possible educational experience for your children. We believe in the power of unity, collaboration, sharing goals, and celebrating achievements to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.  

As a team, we call on everyone to commit to cultivating the best year possible through partnerships, communication, and ongoing support at school and at home. There are numerous opportunities for families to engage and actively participate in your student’s educational journey. Attending parent-teacher conferences, monitoring weekly gradebook entries, engaging in school events, joining our Parent Teacher Organization, and maintaining open lines of communication with your child's teacher and the school administration are a few examples of how to dive right into the experiences at Unity Grove Elementary and see what sets us apart from all the rest.  

As we kick off a brand-new school year, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for your children. Our dedicated and passionate team of educators will strive to inspire a love for learning, nurture curiosity, and empower each student to reach their full potential. Their dedication to your child’s progress is unmatched, which you will soon see for yourselves. I thank you again for your attention to the information coming home at the start of the school year as these items provide important details about our practices and procedures, district updates, and much more.
